Showing your home to interested buyers is an enormous task. Yet most sellers' underestimate how many times the home must be shown before an acceptable offer will finally be made by a financially qualified buyer. Buyers like to be able to view homes at times convenient to their schedules, and this is often during the workday evening hours. They also do not like being distracted by the presence of the home owner. This is one reason why having a REALTOR® in the showing process facilitates and encourages better offers with much less effort on the part of the home owner.
