If so then we have the perfect position waiting for you. Oyster Realty is currently seeking qualified sales professionals for this field-based sales position. Our agents are responsible for generating and managing the growth of qualified prospects via the company's various marketing programs, advertising and internet leads, and referrals. You must have a current real estate license in MD, VA, and/or DC; possess a highly professional demeanor; proficient with a personal computer, software programs, and the internet; and have a four-year college degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent level of work experience as a licensed agent and a proven track record of success.
